Pixelated Video

When you first click on a channel it may appear to be a little pixelated at the beginning. This is happening because the program is building up enough data in order to provide a buffer free watching experience. Please allow up to a minute for the video to display its normal resolution. If the video still appears to be pixelated after one minute your device may not be getting enough internet. Please follow our list of tips to help improve the internet speed on the device that you are using.

  • Run a speed test on your device and make sure it is getting at least 5 Mbps of internet speed.
  • Reset your router by unplugging it. Wait 30 seconds and then plug it back in and let it fully restart.
  • Move your router closer to your device or your device closer to your router.
  • Use an Ethernet cable instead of Wifi when possible.
  • Restart your device and then open the SkyStream TV app.
  • Contact your internet provider if you are receiving less speed then you are paying for.
