We have multiple redundant servers, so channels should never go down. But if one is down, we have a system in place that notifies us immedietly. So no need to contact us about it, we are already working to restore that channel.
For issues with programming on a specific channel, try changing channels, then change back to the original channel. Alternatively, you can open yourGuideand re-select the channel you’re currently viewing to relaunch the stream
